Metal Building Solutions (MBS) provided the pre-engineered metal building system for a major expansion at Patton Warehousing and Logistics in Milton, Pennsylvania. This project included a 52,000-square-foot building addition designed to increase storage capacity and improve overall operational efficiency.

The building system was engineered to seamlessly integrate with the existing facility while delivering the strength and clear-span interior space required for modern warehousing operations. This design maximizes usable space, allowing for efficient material handling, storage, and logistics flow.

The structure incorporates high-quality metal wall and roof systems with integrated insulation, along with complete building components such as gutters, downspouts, and access openings. The design also accommodates loading dock infrastructure, including overhead doors and dock leveler areas, to support daily shipping and receiving activities.

Metal Building Solutions worked in coordination with the construction team to supply a complete, engineered building package tailored to the specific needs of the facility. The result is a durable, low-maintenance structure designed for long-term performance in a demanding industrial environment.
