Project Overview

Metal Building Solutions (MBS) provided the pre-engineered metal building system for the Ritz-Craft Lunchroom Facility in Mifflinburg, Pennsylvania. This design-build project was developed in collaboration with Ritz-Craft Corporation and the construction team, building on a long-standing partnership to create a functional and modern space for employees.

The building system was engineered to support a multi-use facility that includes a vending café lunchroom, men’s and women’s locker rooms, foreman offices, and an employee loft overlooking the main space. The clear-span design allows for an open and flexible interior layout, enhancing both functionality and overall user experience.

Architectural features were incorporated into the building system to create a welcoming and visually distinctive environment. A prominent tower element highlights the main entrance, leading into the central lunchroom area, while the open layout supports natural flow throughout the facility.

The structure utilizes high-quality metal wall and roof systems with integrated insulation to provide durability, energy efficiency, and long-term performance. The building was designed to meet operational needs while also creating a comfortable and inviting space for employees.

Metal Building Solutions worked closely with the project team to deliver a complete, engineered building package tailored to the client’s vision. The result is a modern, efficient facility that enhances the workplace environment while maintaining the strength and reliability of a pre-engineered metal building system.

This project highlights MBS’s ability to deliver customized metal building solutions that combine functionality, performance, and architectural appeal for commercial and industrial applications.
